Abstract
► Twin-screw extrusion technology was applied for SDF extraction from soybean residue. ► The aim of this paper is to optimise the technology parameters of extrusion. ► The SDF increased to 12.65% (+2% with respect to conventional techniques). ► This technology can improve the efficiency of extrusion and reduce energy consumption.
