Abstract
► Hyperspectral Raman images were acquired from milk-adulterant mixtures. ► Raman spectra of four adulterants were extracted by self-modeling mixture analysis. ► Resolved spectra were identified using spectral information divergence values. ► Contribution images reflected actual concentrations of the chemical adulterants. ► Raman chemical images can be used to visualize multiple adulterants in dry milk.
