Abstract
⺠Hyperspectral Raman images were acquired from milk-adulterant mixtures. ⺠Raman spectra of four adulterants were extracted by self-modeling mixture analysis. ⺠Resolved spectra were identified using spectral information divergence values. ⺠Contribution images reflected actual concentrations of the chemical adulterants. ⺠Raman chemical images can be used to visualize multiple adulterants in dry milk.
