Abstract
► This study investigated inflammatory suppression by phenolics of tender jute leaves. ► The phenolics of jute leaf showed a great antioxidation and inflammatory inhibition. ► The phenolic content in Taiwan jute leaf is larger than in most vegetables and fruits. ► Main contributor of antioxidation and inflammatory inhibition will be clarified.
