Abstract
⺠This study investigated inflammatory suppression by phenolics of tender jute leaves. ⺠The phenolics of jute leaf showed a great antioxidation and inflammatory inhibition. ⺠The phenolic content in Taiwan jute leaf is larger than in most vegetables and fruits. ⺠Main contributor of antioxidation and inflammatory inhibition will be clarified.
