Abstract
⺠The novel allergen sarcoplasmic calcium-binding protein (SCP) from crayfish Procambarus clarkii was purified and identified. ⺠The physicochemical and immunological properties of SCP were characterised to confirm the allergenicity of SCP. ⺠IgE-binding activity of SCP polymorphism was compared.
