Abstract
⺠Protective effects of citrus flavonoids on alcoholic liver disease were investigated. ⺠Flavonoids were isolated from citrus peels by ultrasonication and purified further. ⺠Glycosylation and de-rhamnosylation were performed by CGTase and hesperidinase. ⺠Effectiveness of flavonoids can be further improved by enzymatic modifications.
