Abstract
⺠HHP treatment could decrease the haemagglutination activity of PHA. ⺠HHP could interfere with the secondary structures of PHA. ⺠HHP changed the thermal behaviour of PHA. ⺠FTIR and DSC proved PHA unfolding caused by low pressure <450 MPa. ⺠FTIR and DSC proved PHA aggregation induced by high pressure >450 MPa.
