Abstract
► HPLC-PDA/LTQ-FTICRMS was applied for the phytochemical analysis of tartary buckwheat. ► A total of 36 chemical compounds were identified by a single run. ► A new phenlypropanoid glycoside was found in tartary buckwheat. ► The characteristic fragmentations of phenylpropanoid glycosides were summarized.
