Abstract
► HPLC-DAD-ESI/MSn determination of phenolics in Glandora diffusa aerial parts. ► Twenty-seven phenolic compounds determined for the first time. ► Caffeic acid and its polymers represent more than 75% of the phenolic compounds. ► Inhibition of α-glucosidase almost 9 times more effective than acarbose. ► Excellent dose-dependent response against DPPH, O2− and NO.
