Abstract
⺠HPLC-DAD-ESI/MSn determination of phenolics in Glandora diffusa aerial parts. ⺠Twenty-seven phenolic compounds determined for the first time. ⺠Caffeic acid and its polymers represent more than 75% of the phenolic compounds. ⺠Inhibition of α-glucosidase almost 9 times more effective than acarbose. ⺠Excellent dose-dependent response against DPPH, O2â and NO.
