Abstract
⺠Bleaching of squid skin using H2O2 affected properties of the corresponding films. ⺠H2O2 at a proper concentration used for bleaching improved the colour of gelatin films. ⺠H2O2 concentration determined mechanical and physical properties of gelatin films.
