Abstract
⺠Anthocyanins, flavones and flavonols were analysed in 108 lotus cultivars. ⺠A flavonol isorhamnetin 3-O-glucuronide was first detected in lotus petal. ⺠Relationship between lotus petal colour and content of flavonoids was suggested. ⺠Some lotus cultivars with high content of anthocyanins were selected.
