Abstract
⺠Phytosteryl sinapates (PS) and vanillates (PV) were chemoenzymatically synthesised. ⺠Structures of PS and PV were elucidated by FTIR and HPLC-MS/MS. ⺠High antioxidant activity of phytosteryl sinapates was observed. ⺠Esterification rendered PS and PV a higher antioxidant activity.
