Abstract
⺠Mass spectrometry in structure analysis of mixed-linkage glucooligosaccharides. ⺠Emphasis is on mixed-linkage glucooligosaccharides that contain (1 â 3) linkages. ⺠The disadvantages of using positive mode mass spectrometry are demonstrated. ⺠Negative mode data is preferable for structure analysis of glucooligosaccharides.
