Abstract
⺠Fingerprinting of some kiwi and pomelo fruits is presented. ⺠The digitized chromatograms leaded to a better discrimination of the fruits. ⺠The multivariate exploratory techniques were used for sample discrimination. ⺠Combination of PCA with LDA appears to be more efficient.
