Abstract
⺠First report the separation of Ganoderma lucidum by CCC technique. ⺠Three compounds are separated in one single run by stepwise CCC. ⺠The combination of stepwise CCC and pH-zone-refining CCC can be very useful. ⺠The stepwise CCC has more advantages in separating natural products.
