Abstract
⺠Glassy carbon electrodes modified with a carbon nanotube-polyethyleneimine layer. ⺠Nanotube layer gives excellent stability in the amperometric detection of polyphenols. ⺠Selective detection of easily-oxidizable and total polyphenol groups in wine samples. ⺠Remarkable correlation with conventional spectrophotometric assays.
