Abstract
⺠Lectin based surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor was firstly constructed for Escherichia coli O157:H7 detection. ⺠This biosensor possesses high specificity, remarkable sensitivity, as well as high-throughput screening for bacteria. ⺠The developed sensor could be used to direct evaluation of E. coli O157:H7 levels in real food samples.
