Abstract
⺠A multi-residue HPLC-DAD method for the determination of amphenicols and penicillins was developed. ⺠An optimised SPE was applied for the isolation of amphenicols and penicillins from fish. ⺠Method validation was performed according to the European Union decision 2002/657/EC. ⺠The method was applied in gilthead seabream from aquaculture.
