Abstract
► A multi-residue HPLC-DAD method for the determination of amphenicols and penicillins was developed. ► An optimised SPE was applied for the isolation of amphenicols and penicillins from fish. ► Method validation was performed according to the European Union decision 2002/657/EC. ► The method was applied in gilthead seabream from aquaculture.
