Abstract
⺠Three flavones in Citrus reticulata 'Chachi' were extracted by pressurised liquid extraction. ⺠The parameters affecting PLE method were investigated in details. ⺠Three flavones were quantified and analysed by LC-DAD-ESI/MS method. ⺠Compared with conventional extraction techniques, the efficiency of PLE was the highest.
