Abstract
► Glucose, fructose, sucrose and maltose contents were determined using Raman spectroscopy. ► Analysis of sugars in honey samples were performed simultaneously, sensitively and rapid. ► Total analyse time for quantification of four sugars is less than 60 s. ► Usability of the developed method for analysing of real sample was demonstrated.
