Abstract
⺠The development of duplex real-time PCR based on SYBR Green for rapid identification. ⺠Design of one of primers to amplify the ruminant mitochondrial 16S rRNA-tRNA. ⺠This assay is cheaper than assay with probes to detect a group of mixed meats. ⺠First time, ruminant and poultry have been detected in simultaneous reaction by SYBR Green. ⺠SDRT-PCR has, saving time, cost, and material.
