Abstract
⺠Dimer fraction of oxidise β-sitosterol was identified by different spectroscopies. ⺠The main positively identified compound was 3β,3βâ²-disitosteryl ether. ⺠Oxidised were the most abundant sterol thermo-oxidative degradation products.
