Abstract
⺠A novel surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor is constructed for determination of ractopamine (Rac) residues in pork. ⺠The biosensor showed little matrix interference. ⺠The proposed biosensors gave comparable results to that obtained to UPLC-MS/MS. ⺠The proposed biosensor is cost effective and practical.
