Abstract
► A novel surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor is constructed for determination of ractopamine (Rac) residues in pork. ► The biosensor showed little matrix interference. ► The proposed biosensors gave comparable results to that obtained to UPLC-MS/MS. ► The proposed biosensor is cost effective and practical.
