Abstract
⺠Free anthocyanins were determined using HPLC-DAD with gradient elution. ⺠Samples were directly injected into column after filtration without extraction. ⺠Cyanidin was used as internal standard. ⺠Vegetables, fruits and commercial processed samples were analysed. ⺠The method and results were validated according to ICH and USP.
