Abstract
⺠Updated analytical strategy provides the same order of the TAC values. ⺠The ABTS and PCL methods provides about twice higher TAC than DPPH and CV assays. ⺠The CV method represents a high degree of confidence for TAC determination. ⺠Crunchy beetroot slices with vinaigrette taste are recommended for consumers. ⺠Crunchy apple slices with and without cinnamon are recommended for consumers.
