Abstract
⺠Soya products adulterated with melamine. ⺠NIRS spectral data obtained for adulterated samples. ⺠Chemometrics applied to spectral data to generate calibration models. ⺠Excellent R2 (0.89-0.99), RMSEC (0.081-0.276%) and RMSEP (0.134-0.368%) values obtained. ⺠NIRS successfully applied as a rapid screening technique for melamine adulteration.
