Abstract
⺠Masked and native mycotoxins can coexist in the same food. ⺠Reliable correspondent analytical procedures are still lacking. ⺠A Linear Ion Trap LC-MS method for deoxynivalenol-3-glucoside was developed. ⺠Cross-reactivity of immunoaffinity columns was used to guarantee efficient cleanup. ⺠Method was validated applying a metrology approach and tested in bakery products.
