Abstract
► Sea cucumber fucoidan oligosaccharide was enzymatically prepared and analyzed. ► Oligosaccharide profile of enzymatic hydrolysate was determined by LC-MS. ► Four major oligosaccharides from trisaccharide to octasaccharide were purified. ► Delicate structures of the oligosaccharides were clarified by ESI-CID-MS/MS and NMR.
