Abstract
⺠Sea cucumber fucoidan oligosaccharide was enzymatically prepared and analyzed. ⺠Oligosaccharide profile of enzymatic hydrolysate was determined by LC-MS. ⺠Four major oligosaccharides from trisaccharide to octasaccharide were purified. ⺠Delicate structures of the oligosaccharides were clarified by ESI-CID-MS/MS and NMR.
