Abstract
⺠Selective hepatic insulin resistance is the hallmark of obesity. ⺠Fisetin reduces hepatic TG accumulation and circulating glucose. ⺠Fisetin modulates genes in hepatic lipogenesis and gluconeogenesis. ⺠Fisetin enhances GLUT4 expression in adipose tissue and 3T3-L1 adipocytes. ⺠Fisetin alleviates selective hepatic insulin resistance.
