Abstract
- We performed hydrogen isotopic SIMS measurements using polyatomic ions.
- We measured CD/CH and C2D/C2H ratios on a series of thin polystyrene films.
- Measured ratios stay strikingly close to those of the samples over 3 decades.
- Use of polyatomic secondary ions allows accurate hydrogen isotopic measurements to be obtained.
