Abstract
- A simplified chemical purification procedure for Cu-Zn isotopes has been set up.
- Interferences affecting Cu-Zn isotope analysis have been documented using high-resolution mass scans.
- Cu and Zn have different ionization efficiencies in dry and wet plasma, and in different solution matrices.
- A mechanism for Cu/Zn mass bias decoupling effect has been proposed.
