Abstract
- QqQ and Q-TOF were compared for the analysis of 18 among herbicides and their metabolites in water.
- Although substantially comparable results were achieved, QqQ was slightly superior in compound coverage, LOQ and precision for most analytes.
- The use of tandem MS, difference in ion source, and the specific instrument under use still play a major role.
