- Mass spectrometry is applied to therapeutic drug analysis in dried blood spots without pretreatment.
- Drugs in dried blood spots are more concentrated at the top side of silica coated paper.
- Light illumination and air have a pronounced effect on the stability and analysis sensitivity of drugs during storage.
