Abstract
- Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences standard reference materials are investigated for Lu-Hf and Fe isotope systematics.
- GSR-1 (granite), GSR-2 (andesite) and GSR-3 (basalt) yield homogeneous Fe isotope results.
- Initial and present day Hf isotope values are suggested for GSR-2 and GSR-3.
- GSR-1 (granite) is heterogeneous in Hf isotopes due to inherited zircons.
