Abstract
- The SIFT-MS database has been extended to include 8 nitrosamines.
- A simple method for analysing nitrosamines in air in real time is now available.
- The SIFT-MS method is extended to include both helium and nitrogen carrier gases.
- Proof of concept is demonstrated by monitoring nitrosamines from heated salami.
