Abstract
- Experimental reaction rate coefficients for ethylene reactions with H3O+, O2+ and NO+ are determined.
- Absolute ethylene quantification with SRI-MS in O2+ mode is possible.
- Compared to cutting-edge commercial sensors, dynamic range and time resolution of SRI-MS are superior.
- For the investigated fruits, leaves and bacteria SRI-MS and a laser-based sensor display a good agreement.
