- The gas-phase ion chemistry of SO2F2 was studied by ITMS and theoretical calculations.
- The distonic ion SO2F2+ activates H2, H2O and CH4 by hydrogen-atom abstraction.
- FSOx+ (x = 0-2) activate the HNH2 bond with formation of OxSNH2+.
