Abstract
- Fragmentations and isomerizations of Si2Cl6+ were characterized by theory and experiment.
- Different fragmentation pathways were measured by MI and CA mass spectrometry.
- Appearance energies of various fragment ions were determined.
- Cl3Si-SiClm+1+() and chlorobridged SiCl4-SiClm+() species (m = 1,2) coexist.
