Abstract
► A novel two-dimensional system combing HILLIC and IM-MS was constructed for the separation and analysis of APEOs. ► The developed plane exhibited unique selectivity and increased peak capacity. ► Ion mobility approach demonstrated attractive potential to remove isobaric interference.
