Abstract
⺠Water clusters Yâ(H2O)n (Y = O2, HO, HO2, NO2, NO3, NO3(HNO3)2, CO3, HCO4; n = 0-30) were produced by a corona discharge device. ⺠The magic number and first hydrated shell in the cluster ions Yâ(H2O)n were observed. ⺠The reliability of the magic number and first hydrated shell was confirmed by varying orifice temperature.
