Abstract
⺠Studied perfluoroether are sensitive towards subexcitation electrons. ⺠Fragment anions are formed by loss of neutral CF2, CF3 and CF2OCF3 units. ⺠Electrons contribute to degradation of perfluoropolyether films on hard discs.
