Abstract
⺠ZTTBs contain predominantly two fractions: <3.5 kDa and >100 kDa. ⺠CP-Py-GC/MS had effectively identified chemical composition of ZTTBs. ⺠Chemical composition and characterization of ZTTBs were revealed. ⺠Suitable pyrolysis temperature of ZTTBs was selected. ⺠Py-GC/MS may provide new possibilities for studying complex plant pigments.
