A flow injection μ-solid phase extraction system based on electrospun polyaniline nanocomposite

After optimizing the extraction conditions, the intraday relative standard deviation values for a double distilled water spiked with the selected triazines were in range of 8.9-9.5% (n = 3) while the limits of detection were between 0.03-0.09 ng mL−1. The linearity of the method was in the concentration range of 0.1-500 ng mL−1. The proficiency of the developed method was validated by analyzing paddy, well and tap water samples and the relative recovery values were found to be in the range of 83-95% under the optimized conditions.
