Abstract
⺠A new multi-mycotoxin method based on GC-MS/MS has been developed. ⺠Careful optimization of the GC-MS/MS parameters for the mycotoxin was achieved. ⺠QuEChERS mycotoxin extraction from semolina was developed and validated. ⺠Results showed a high incidence of mycotoxins but at lower levels than legislated.
