Abstract
⺠Plasma LDL particles were covalently immobilized onto modified silica particles. ⺠Capillary columns were packed with LDL immobilized silica particles. ⺠Stability and lifetime of LDL modified silica columns were studied by nano-LC. ⺠Nano-LC with LDL immobilized stationary phase was applied to interaction studies. ⺠Plasma LDLs of the stationary phase were in situ oxidized with copper.
