Abstract
⺠We develop a method for investigating particular interactions between different carbohydrates and a protein. ⺠We introduce a new parameter termed as critical elution concentration (CMC). ⺠The CMC of carbohydrate is found to be inversely proportional to its binding constant to the protein. ⺠Due to decrease in analysis time, our method has the potential use in high throughput carbohydrate drug screening.
