Abstract
												- Liquiritigenin (7,4â²-dyhydroxy flavanone) is a promising anti-tumor agent.
- A simple, sensitive and rapid UHPLC-MS/MS method was developed for the first time.
- Validated method was applied to a linear pharmacokinetic study of liquiritigenin in rat plasma.
- The method could be of promising use for pharmacokinetic studies of liquiritigenin.
