Abstract
⺠The method allowed to determine clopidogrel and its metabolites in one analytical run. ⺠The method fulfilled the validation criteria designed for bioanalytical methods. ⺠Plasma levels of clopidogrel and its metabolites were determined in patients. ⺠Pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated after a dose of 75 mg clopidogrel.
