Abstract
⺠A fast method was developed to identify the metabolites of benzbromarone in rats. ⺠Seventeen metabolites were obtained. ⺠Two phase I metabolites and four phase II metabolites were rarely reported before. ⺠The work gave us a new insight into the metabolic fate of benzbromarone in vivo. ⺠More information about the cleavage rules of compounds by ESI-QTOF was collected.
