Abstract
⺠We purified a plant-produced HPV16 subunit vaccine candidate. ⺠High purity and good overall process yield was achieved for the product. ⺠The process was scaled-up from 50 g to 1 kg biomass scale. ⺠Product quality was confirmed by a diverse set of analysis methods.
