Abstract
⺠Combination of chemometrics and HPLC was used for optimization of separation of flavonoids. ⺠Flavonoids from different classes were separated using an isocratic mode of HPLC. ⺠By using the isocratic mode we could overcome the limitations of gradient elution. ⺠Good separation of flavonoids was obtained in reasonable analysis time.
